Ms. Vandana Kaswa joined the group in January 2025. She holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. from Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Shekhawati University. Her research interests include MXenes and perovskites for optoelectronic applications.

Ms. Neha joined the group in July 2025. She holds a B.Sc. from Maharishi Dayanand University and an M.Sc. from Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology. Her research interests focus on Advancements in optoelectronics using van der Waals assembly of 2D materials.

Mr. Pradeep Khare joined the group in August 2025. He holds an M.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee and an M.Sc. from Bundelkhand University. His research interests include 2D perovskites, their growth, and their applications.

Mr. Ankush Hooda joined the group in January 2026. He holds a B.Sc. from A.I.J.H. M. College, Rohtak, affiliated with Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak, and an M.Sc. from Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology. His research interests focus on MXene-based supercapacitors.

Mr. Saurav Thakur joined the group as an M.Tech. student in May 2026. He holds a B.Tech. from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. His thesis work focuses on Bayesian optimization for high-efficiency 2D solar cell architectures.

1. Ms. Krushna Rane M.Tech
[May 2025 - May 2026]
Ms. Krushna Rane was a former M.Tech. member of the group. She holds a B.Tech. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Her thesis work focused on a physics-based compact modelling framework for ferroelectric non-volatile memories.
She is currently working at GlobalFoundries.
